Uhr to Serve as Director of Advancement
Congratulations to Paige Uhr, who will serve as the new Director of Advancement for the Gaylord College of Journalism and Mass Communication and as a member of the Norman Leadership Team, effective August 16, 2021.
In February 2021, Uhr joined the OU Foundation as an advancement officer on the University Initiatives Team. During her time on the UI team, she successfully secured major and principal gifts and strategically collaborated with academic leaders and a variety of foundation colleagues. Prior to the OU Foundation, Uhr was with Mary Abbott Children’s House where she coordinated and managed all fundraising efforts and had oversight of the organization’s community engagement and communications.
Uhr is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and Leaders Impacting the Nonprofit Community of Oklahoma. As a Gaylord College graduate, Uhr is thrilled to collaborate with Dean Kelley in support of the college’s philanthropic goals.
