Gaylord Duo Named to PRSSA National Committee
Congratulations to current Gaylord College students Rachel Meltzer and Claire Gilpin on their election to the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) National Committee! On April 9, Meltzer was elected as National PRSSA President, while Gilpin will serve as National Vice President of Digital Communications. Robert Pritchard, faculty adviser for OU's PRSSA Chapter, said this is the first time OU has had a National President and to his knowledge, it's also the first time a school has had two representatives on the National Committee. Meltzer and Gilpin shared what they hope to do in their new PRSSA positions.
