In our last newsletter, I shared with you all some impressive statistics – alumni box delivery leading to high enrollment, and the announcement of our second Dean's Leadership Class. But in talking with fellow JayMac Board members, we decided that there was more that we not only wanted to, but absolutely can do.
This is where you all come in. As a diverse group of graduates sprinkled across the globe, the impact that we can have on our peers and the next generation of professionals is a heap of boundless opportunities. I just have one question – will you join us?
We plan to survey our expansive network of JayMac alumni members before the end of the year, and kick off 2020 with some brand new initiatives as a result.
Some of the opportunities you all can participate in, you ask? Mentoring, both alumni-to-alumni and alumni-to-student, shadowing, resume/cover letter assistance, speaking to the DLC (Dean's Leadership Class), presenting to Gaylord classes/clubs, and more.
Our hope is that this survey will provide more precise direction for our goals to not only accomplish what we have planned, but to meet the needs of our membership and students. So keep your eyes peeled on your inbox, because we will be in touch.
As always, please let us know how we can connect you, or if you ever have feedback or ideas – we are here to support our growing network of students and alumni.
