Undergraduate fine arts students are required to complete an online orientation session after they have earned 24 hours and are in their first semester in the College of Fine Arts. The session covers college policies and procedures, the advisement and enrollment process within the college and graduation issues. Instructions for completing the college online new student orientation are sent to students via OU email.

The College of Fine Arts' Satellite Food Pantry offers non-perishable food items 7-days a week. Located inside Catlett Music Center (in the recess across from concessions), the pantry is open to College of Fine Arts students and was created in collaboration with the OU Food Pantry.

The Fine Arts Student Emergency Fund (FASEF) is available for full-time students in the Weitzenhoffer Family College of Fine Arts to address unexpected real-life events in which students may find themselves. This does not exclude students of international status from the College of Fine Arts emergency support.
If approved, funding may take 4-6 weeks to complete.
The Ruby Grant Fine Arts Library serves as the neighborhood library for the Weitzenhoffer Family College of Fine Arts. It includes the Media Resource Center, a working library of recorded (time-based) materials such as CDs, DVDs, and LPs, as well as an extensive sheet music collection.
The Fine Arts library is located on the lower level of the Catlett Music Center, located at the corner of Boyd St. and Elm Ave.
