- Student Support: Assists 350 undergraduate students with admissions, enrollment, scholarships, and academic advising. Manage student records, including progress tracking, override permissions, transcript corrections, and scheduling adjustments.
- Administrative and Event Planning: Provide administrative assistance to directors and coordinators for Undergraduate Admissions, Recruitment, and Advising. Support events like School of Music Audition Days and orientation, while maintaining records such as tuition waivers and scholarship checks.
- Faculty and Department Liaison: Collaborate with faculty and staff to facilitate scheduling, program explanations, committee operations, and communication with prospective students and parents.
Caroline is a recent OU School of Music graduate with a master’s degree in harp performance. Besides wheeling her harp around Catlett Music Center, she loves to hike the Oklahoma Wichita Mountains, tap dance, and collect vinyl 70s records.
