OU Fit+Rec offers Health Education classes that focus on building confidence and knowledge in fitness while promoting a healthy lifestyle. These classes cover topics like body positivity, weight training basics, and lifting for both men and women, giving participants the tools to feel more comfortable and capable in the gym. Our goal is to educate everyone on the benefits of exercise and healthy living, creating a supportive space where people can learn, grow, and build lasting habits.
