Programs Registration

PROGRAM REGISTRATION

Registration for programs begin at fitrec.ou.edu.

Step 1. Click the “Sign In” button in the top right corner of the webpage. 

Step 2. Once you click “Sign In”, if you are an OU student, faculty, or staff, you will click the crimson button that says Sooner ID. You will then input your campus-wide SSO login.

Step 3. From the home page, select one of the following:

  • F45
  • FIT Classes
  • InBody Appointments

Step 4. When you click on the F45 widget, available class dates will be displayed. Class types will be displayed for FIT Classes when you click on the FIT Class widget. For FIT Classes select class type for dates to be displayed.

Step 5. For both FIT Classes and F45, view dates and click “select” on the date/time

Step 6. Click “Register” and follow the prompts.

Step 7: The payment page will confirm the cost.

Step 8. $0 for InBody and FIT classes, F45 will have a membership package restriction. You will be charged $0 during free periods for fitness classes.

Step 9. Sign waiver – two signatures required

Step 10. Click “accept” and “proceed to checkout”. Shopping cart will display what member selected; click “checkout”. Box will open with option to select/manage cards – select “checkout” if $0

Step 11. Last step is the confirmation page, which prompts a confirmation email to be sent.
