About me: I'm a father of an amazing 9 year old boy, a veteran of the United States Air Force, a student of the Health and Exercise Science Program here at OU, a personal trainer at another gym, an F45 coach, and an aspiring physical therapy student. My goal is to help others rehabilitate from injuries and help them understand how to care for their body in the future to prevent further injury in their life.
