Strange as it sounds, most of us aren’t. If you’ve been thinking about losing weight, a new weight loss program created by the doctors who wrote The Full Plate Diet is starting soonIt’s an eight-session, group program that is quite different and refreshing from typical weight-loss programs. Truly, it is not a weight-loss program, but a way to live. Learn how to enjoy a full plate, lose weight, and keep the weight off for good.

Intro to Full Plate Living

We are offering the Full Plate Living Program via Zoom this Fall and invite you to learn more about the program before committing. Not only will you see how to enjoy a full plate and still lose weight, but learn the 10 weight loss tools to keep the weight off for good.

Session 1:  Thursday, September 10, 10:30 – 11:15 a.m.

Session 2:  Wednesday, September 16, 9 – 9:45 a.m..

Session 3:  Tuesday, September 22, 3 – 3:45 p.m.

Advanced registration is required.  To sign up, please contact LeQui Raymond at LRaymond@ou.edu and provide your preference of which session best accommodates your schedule.

Full Plate Living

This program offers a simple, fun, and tasty way to build healthier eating habits.  Group meetings will take place via Zoom for 1 hour every week, for eight weeks. This program is FREE to the OU Community.  Advanced registration is required and space is limited.

Session 1:  Tuesdays, September 15 – November 3, Noon - 1 p.m.
