Michelle Boyd Waters, M.Ed., is the assistant director at the OU Writing Center and is a PhD candidate in instructionalleadership and academic curriculum at the University of Oklahoma. She taught middle and high school English Language Arts for 10 years and is now studying the high school academic and personal writing experiences of University of Oklahoma students. Michelle is an Oklahoma Writing Project Teacher Consultant, and co-editor of the Oklahoma English Journal.
