Jessica is the Director of the Student Financial Center and MoneyCoach offices. The Student Financial Center and MoneyCoach teams bring together the services of Bursar, Financial Aid, Scholarships, and financial planning, to help eliminate barriers that students and families may experience when it comes to financing their educations. Jessica has worked at the University of Oklahoma since 2014. She began working in the Office of the Bursar and transitioned to the Student Financial Center when it was established in 2018. Jessica understands the confusion and concern that accompanies paying for college. Her goal is to provide students with a firm understanding of cost and financial aid opportunities so we can develop a financial plan that will allow them to reach their academic goals. 
   
Jessica has a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and a Master of Arts in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma. She was born and raised in Norman, Oklahoma. She enjoys spending time with family, OU gymnastics, and gardening.

Your best advice for a high school junior or senior preparing to apply to college:

Recognize your academic and financial goals and create the best path forward, for you. No two roads to success are the same. It is important to understand your situation and cater your plans accordingly. Let the SFC and Money Coach offices help you. With honest and accurate information, a stressful situation can become much more manageable.
