Scholarship Listings

  • American Indian College Fund: The American Indian College Fund offers scholarships for both undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled full-time and are members of a federally or state-recognized tribe. Applications are open now, and the deadline to apply is May 31, 2025. Interested students can begin the application process using the Application Portal.
  • American Indian Education Fund: The American Indian Education Fund, a scholarship program of Partnerships With Native Americans, offers financial support for undergraduate and graduate students. Applicants must be full-time students, with graduate students enrolled in 6–18 credit hours. Eligibility requires that the student or one parent be enrolled in a Native American, Alaska Native, or Native Hawaiian community. While a GPA between 2.0 and 3.5 is preferred, all are encouraged to apply. The priority deadline is March 1st, with a final deadline of April 4th. Applications can be submitted through the Application Portal.
  • American Indian Services: American Indian Services offers undergraduate scholarships for students who are enrolled either full-time or part-time. Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.25 and be an enrolled member or descendant of a U.S. federally recognized American Indian or Alaska Native tribe. The application deadline for the Winter/Spring semester is November 1, 2025. Students can apply using the Application Portal.
  • Cobell Scholarship: The Access Oasis program offers scholarships for undergraduate, graduate, professional, vocational, trade school, research, and dissertation studies. Eligibility requires applicants to be full-time students and enrolled members of a federally or state-recognized tribe. Specific requirements and deadlines vary depending on the scholarship or fellowship program. Interested students can apply by using the Application Portal.
  • Catching the Dream Scholarship: The Catching the Dream Scholarship provides funding for undergraduate and graduate students who are at least one-quarter American Indian and enrolled in a federally or state-recognized tribe. Applicants must be full-time students and may only apply once. The deadline for the fall semester is April 30, and for the spring semester is September 15. Applications can be submitted at the Application Forms page.
  • Daughters of the American Revolution American Indian Scholarship: The Daughters of the American Revolution American Indian Scholarship supports students with a preference for undergraduates. Applicants must provide proof of enrollment in a U.S. tribe, have a minimum GPA of 3.25, and demonstrate both financial need and academic achievement. The application deadline is January 31st, and students can apply at the Opportunities page.
