Cara is a certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine with many years of experience working in the field of sports, fitness, wellness, and research. Cara received her Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Central Oklahoma and her Master's degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of Florida. Cara has trained and designed programs for high school, college, and professional athletes, including at Yale University and Hydrow, Inc. She has trained the general population, taught group exercise classes, and worked with all kinds of athletes, including rowing, skateboarding, soccer, football, baseball, hockey, and basketball athletes. Cara also has experience in physical fitness and wellness research at the University of Oklahoma, the University of Central Oklahoma, and Hydrow, Inc.
Fun Fact: Cara worked as a Character Performer at Walt Disney World. This is where she was introduced to the importance of physical fitness in the workplace and the impact it has on the job.
