The Division of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion utilizes donations to fund grants, sponsorships, scholarships, events, and lectures to increase a sense of belonging and emotional growth for all. Every contribution helps to keep students enrolled and to advance the Lead On, University strategic plan.

Nurturing a place of belonging and emotional growth for all across campuses relies on transformative educational experiences and resources.
When lack of financial resources turned into barriers to achieve a full educational experience, the Division disbursed scholarships and sponsorships for students and student organizations.
DEI aids and supports students' learning holistically, inside and outside of the classroom by providing $10,000 in scholarship funding annually.
To assist OU-registered student organizations whose mission is to advance diversity and inclusion through events and initiatives the division provides $6,500 in sponsorships.
