Hank Jenkins-Smith: Hank is a George Lynn Cross Research Professor of public policy at the University of Oklahoma and Director of OU’s Institute for Public Policy Research and Analysis. He has published books, articles and reports on public policy processes, risk perception, national security, weather, and energy and environmental policy.
Joe Ripberger: Joe is an Associate Professor of Political Science and the Deputy Director for Research at OU’s Institute for Public Policy & Analysis. He has published extensively on risk and public policy with an emphasis on weather, climate, and water policy. He also teaches courses in research methods and public policy.
