Dr. Yifu Li is an Assistant Professor in the School of Industrial Engineering and Data Science and Analytics Institute at the University of Oklahoma. His research focuses on integrating data quality assurance with data-driven modeling for multi-modality data sets in smart manufacturing, healthcare, as well as bio- and geo-sciences. The proposed methods provide enhanced data analytics performance and interpretation. As a DISC Faculty Fellow, Li further expand his research on the interface between large-scale data-driven modeling and domain physics/mechanism. His research has been helping to expand the impact of AI/ML in additive manufacturing, hydrology, geographical ecology, and biology at the University of Oklahoma. The resulting interdisciplinary research has been facilitating the grant development with DOE and NSF.
