Application Process
If you would like to attend CUWiP and can pass the following criteria
- Current Undergraduate at a US institution
- at least 18 years old
then we welcome you to apply through the APS application between September 3rd - Octover 4th. After applications have been collected, host sites will determine who is accepted to attend their site and will notify those who have been accepted. Once you have been accepted, you will receive a registration form and must pay the $45 registration fee. This registration fee can be included when asking for funding from your home department. If you are unable to pay for the registration fee, there are fee waivers available! You must contact women@aps.org to apply for a fee waiver.

Internal Application
For those who are not eligible to apply through APS above, but still wish to attend, we have a seperate Internal Application form. If you are a(n):
- Undergraduate student under the age of 18
- Local high school student
- Faculty/graduate student accompanying an APS eligible student
we welcome you to apply internally. You will need to cover the costs of your own lodging and transportation to the conference. Keep in mind that filling out an application will not guarantee acceptance. Click the button below to fill out the Internal Application.
