Shawn McBroom received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2010. With over 20 years of experience in the utility industry with Oklahoma Gas and Electric Co., he brings firsthand application knowledge to the Price College of Business with foundational knowledge from making electricity in the power production process to skilled expertise in energy markets, fuels, renewable energy, contract management, and state/federal regulatory involvement. Shawn holds a voting position with the Southwest Power Pool’s Market Working Group, which is responsible for market participation and design.
