About Lepak

Sarah Lepak, a lecturer of management and legal studies, earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in management from the University of Oklahoma in 2002 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2005. With nearly 20 years of experience in the business world, Lepak brings firsthand knowledge of the importance and impact of quality business education to Price College of Business.

Her professional experience includes serving as senior environmental project manager at QuikTrip and assistant general counsel at Gateway Mortgage Group. Earlier in her career, she worked on high-stakes business litigation at the internationally recognized law firm Shook, Hardy & Bacon and developed her expertise in employment law at Ogletree Deakins, one of the world’s leading labor and employment law firms. Lepak also clerked for a federal judge, an experience that continues to inform her decision-making and corporate advice. Her interests focus on combining existing knowledge with innovative thinking to create corporate environments where creative thinkers and hard workers can thrive.
