About Ion

Mihai Ion is an Assistant Professor of Finance. His research lies at the intersection of corporate finance and asset pricing, with a particular focus on how various forms of uncertainty affect firm decision-making and market outcomes. His work has been published in the Journal of Financial Economics and the Review of Financial Studies, among others. Prior to joining the University of Oklahoma, he was a faculty member at the University of Arizona. He received his MBA and Ph.D. in Finance from Purdue University.
