Ph.D., Auburn University. Professor Buckley's teaching interests focus on human-resources management and management principles. His research interests include decision-making in selection interviews, feedback processes in organizations, performance appraisal, organizational socialization, and issues related to unethical behavior by students.
Professor Buckley has published more than 60 refereed journal articles in publications including the Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Education for Business, Personnel Administrator, Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Marketing Research, International Journal of Management, Academy of Management Review, Journal of Business Ethics, and Journal of Management.
