Kirk Alan Jones is a seasoned corporate finance professional with over 30 years of experience. He began his career at Texas Instruments, working in the corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function. Later, he joined Accenture, a global management and IT consulting firm, which eventually led to a position at Avanade, a joint venture between Accenture and Microsoft.
Upon retirement, Jones transitioned to academia, taking a role with the Finance Division at Price College of Business. He currently serves as an instructor of finance, specializing in Financial Modeling with Excel and Corporate FP&A. Jones holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in finance from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Texas at Austin.
