About Ostas

Professor Ostas has taught business economics, business law, and business ethics at both undergraduate and graduate levels. He has received more than 20 teaching awards, including the 2018 University Regents Award for Superior Teaching.

Author of more than 80 scholarly works, including three books, Ostas has received more than a dozen academic research awards. He has served as Editor-in-Chief of both the American Business Law Journal, and the Southern Law Journal. Ostas held the James G. Harlow, Jr. Chair in Business Ethics at Price College from 1999 to 2026.
