About Durcikova

Alexandra Durcikova is an associate professor in the Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma. She has two primary research streams. The first focuses on the adoption of electronic knowledge repositories by individuals in organizational settings. The second examines end-user security behavior, with a specific emphasis on understanding how different types of technical and educational controls influence employees' compliance with security policies. Durcikova primarily uses survey methods and experiments in her research.

Her work has been published in Information Systems Research, Journal of Management Information Systems, Communications of the Association for Information Systems, Information & Management, Communications of the ACM, International Journal of Human-Computer Studies, and International Journal of Knowledge Management.
