OU Lean Institute Program Director Receives Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

Lisa Angelotti.

Congratulations to Lisa Angelotti on earning her Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in August 2026. For her “Show Me the Money” project, Lisa led an effort to improve the payment process for non-credit adjunct instructors. The project addressed delays and inconsistencies in the approval and payment workflow. Lisa helped establish a more transparent and standardized process, including clearer tracking, improved communication, and documented procedures.

“Lean Six Sigma creates value across industries by improving how people and processes work together. I earned my LSS Black Belt to help others lead sustainable improvement and add to the expertise of our Lean Institute team of practitioner-instructors,” said Lisa Angelotti, the Program Director for the Lean Institute.

These improvements support more timely and consistent payments for instructors. Lisa’s achievement reflects her commitment to continuous improvement and her dedication to strengthening OU Lean Institute operations and service.
