We host a Matching Party at the beginning of every fall and spring semester. At the Matching Party, we create opportunities for students to meet and talk with new students. From there, students can be matched with each other based on similar interests and hobbies. This event will be an opportunity for you to meet your OU Cousin(s).
However, if students are able to make it to the Matching Party, we will have an online matching process, where students will fill out a questionnaire with their information and we will manually match students with others based on the survey.
Make sure to sign up for our emails for further updates on times and locations. Our Instagram and Engage page is also a good place to receive updates.
Our mission is to create a safe space in friendship for both American and International students at OU. This organization is NOT intended for dating purposes. We want Cousins to maintain appropriate communication with one another throughout their time as OU Cousins. This could be by coming to a mutual agreement with one another about time commitments and activities they would like to do. We ask for Cousins to be open to new cultures and worldviews that are not their own. We encourage any OU student to attend our events, even if their Cousin is unable to attend!
