K.H. Chang, a David Ross Boyd Professor and Williams Companies Foundation Presidential Professor in the School of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering, and John Pickrell, a senior Industrial and Systems Engineering student, describe their collaboration with the Oklahoma Aerospace and Defense Innovation Institute and the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex. Over the past few years, Chang and his students have developed a novel jig and jig table for the B1 Bomber’s lower rudder.
