Prepare for your first day at OU at Virtual Spring Orientation! You'll meet with an academic advisor to enroll in classes and learn about academic and campus resources available to you.
Virtual Spring Orientation for Spring 2025 Freshmen will occur in November and December. Registration opens October 1, 2024.
Set Up Your OU Account & Email
Visit one.ou.edu/activate and enter your Sooner ID (included in your admission letter) and date of birth to create your account.
Log in to OU Bound
Log in to your OU Bound portal to keep track of important tasks and deadlines leading up to your first day of class. You can log in using your OU Net ID and password.
Virtual Spring Orientation will take place in November and December 2024. Dates will be released in October 2024.
