NORMAN, OKLA. – The Michael F. Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma has been recognized in SupplyChainGuide.org’s 2025 national rankings of graduate supply chain management programs, less than three years after launching its online master’s degree.
OU ranked No. 17 in Best Online MBA Programs in Supply Chain Management and No. 15 in Best Online Master’s Programs in Supply Chain Management, placing it among the top options nationwide. According to SupplyChainGuide.org, more than 110 U.S. institutions currently offer online graduate degrees in the field.
Natasha Poularikas, Ph.D., who developed and helps lead the program, says the rankings validate OU’s emphasis on designing curriculum for working professionals.
“The courses are fully online, offered in the evenings and structured so that students with demanding careers can still participate in live, interactive classes,” Poularikas said. “What makes the program stand out is the exchange of real-world expertise – students bring in their professional experiences and faculty integrate that into the learning environment.”
Since its launch in 2022, the program has admitted cohorts of 25 to 30 students every other year. Courses are taught by OU faculty and experienced industry professionals, blending academic research with applied practice in areas such as logistics, strategic sourcing, production operations, and data-driven decision-making.
Supply chain education has garnered heightened attention since the COVID-19 pandemic exposed global supply chain vulnerabilities. “Risk management, sustainability and data analysis are critical areas we emphasize because they are central to today’s supply chain challenges,” Poularikas said.
