Seedings Announced For Big 12 Tournament

NORMAN - The bracket for the 2023 Big 12 Men's Tennis Championship was announced Monday and the No. 4-seed Oklahoma men's tennis team will face No. 5-seed Baylor in the first round on Friday, April 21, at 9 a.m. CT in Lawrence, Kan.

The Sooners (13-10) and Bears (17-14) played on April 14 in Norman, with OU claiming its first win over Baylor since 2018 with a 6-1 victory. The winner of Fridays match will face top-seeded Texas in the semifinal round at 12 p.m. CT on Saturday, April 22.

On the opposite side of the bracket, No. 3-seed Texas Tech will face No. 6-seed Oklahoma State. The winner will take on the No. 2-seed TCU in the semifinal round.

The tennis championships are being held at the Jayhawk Tennis Center and Lawrence Sports Pavilion.
