Interior design undergraduate and graduate students in Mia Kile and Rick Skaggs Interior Design Studio IV presented 13 final project design proposals to the board of the National African American Jazz Legacy Museum in April.
The semester long project culminated in presentations presented via Zoom to the board for their review and consideration in a future museum, possibly to be located in an existing church structure located in northeast Oklahoma City.
Each student was responsible for approximately 5,000 square feet within the facility which included the design of: exhibition, performance, educational and community outreach spaces.
