First Year Interior Design Students Visit Sites

First year interior design students in Professor Suchi Bhattacharjee and Lecturer Rick Skaggs' design studio participated in site visits performing research for their single family residential design projects.

The students were led on a tour of a completed custom home as well as a home under construction by Kelsey Mullins, designer at David Williams Contracting.

They also attended a presentation by Kathy Woods, designer at the Ideal Homes design center. Kelsey and Kathy are both alums of the OU College of Architecture.

Gibbs College of Architecture Students Participate in Immersive Studio at Taliesin West

In May, students from the Christopher C. Gibbs College of Architecture's Architecture, Environmental Design, and Interior Design programs participated in an intensive five-day Studio in Residence at Taliesin West, the iconic winter home and desert laboratory of Frank Lloyd Wright.
