A comprehensive review of the “Renegades: Bruce Goff and the American School of Architecture at Bizzell” exhibition recently appeared in The Architect’s Newspaper.

In the piece, associate editor Sydney Franklin writes “Most architecture students study design precedents or build upon knowledge gained in history courses, but one mid-century educator repeatedly told young minds instead:

OU Welcomes New Architecture Librarian and American School Archivist

The University of Oklahoma Libraries recently welcomed Carl Siegel as an Architecture Librarian and Archivist and Assistant Professor. In his role, Siegel supports students, faculty and staff across the Gibbs College of Architecture while also serving as archivist for the American School of Architecture Archives.
