Professors Butko and Bloom and GA Lindsey Trout arranged four consecutive tours of Coreslab Structures in OKC for their collaborative materials course. A total of 75 Architecture, Architectural Engineering, and Construction Science students toured the plant and learned about precast concrete. In May, students from the Christopher C. Gibbs College of Architecture's Architecture, Environmental Design, and Interior Design programs participated in an intensive five-day Studio in Residence at Taliesin West, the iconic winter home and desert laboratory of Frank Lloyd Wright.
