Jennifer is a Lecturer of Architecture and Interior Design at the Christopher C. Gibbs College of Architecture at the University of Oklahoma. She earned her Master of Architecture in 2023 from the University of Oklahoma and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from the University of Central Oklahoma, awarded in 2000.
With more than 25 years of professional experience, Jennifer brings a deep understanding of design practice to the classroom. In 2003, she founded Southern Oklahoma Design, LLC, where she has focused on light commercial and custom residential projects for clients throughout the southern region.
Her ongoing interests include sustainable design strategies, urban development, adaptive reuse, and historic preservation. She is currently pursuing architectural licensure and plans to expand her practice to include multi-family and mixed-use development.
