JHLP offers workshops throughout the school year. Open to all engineering and science students, these events help attendees students learn and use leadership and teamwork skills right away. Topics can address any of the program's 26 leadership capabilities. Your company can present a workshop of your own design, or you can sponsor an existing workshop.
Host Holmes Leadership Associates at your facility. Site visits help students see engineering and scientific leadership in action. A typical visit includes an overview of the company and industry, a facility tour, a panel discussion with leaders in your organization, and a networking lunch.
