The Anthropology Graduate Student Association (AGSA) would like to invite students to their first event in our Anthropology Job Talk series. One of the objectives of the series is to acquaint students with career paths outside academia. This inaugural session features cultural resource management (CRM) archaeologist Joanna Klein MA. She will be providing some tips about how to get into the field of CRM and how to navigate it based on her own experiences. Her areas of specialty are bioarchaeology, faunal analysis, and ceramic analysis so she can offer lots of insight on what these things look like in CRM. Following Joanna Klein's talk there will be opportunity for questions. Matt Oliver will also be there to talk about Civil and Environmental Consultant's Flex Force program for students.
The event is October 22 from 6-8pm in Dale Hall 31. Food will be provided. RSVP here.
