Manuvel Sibichan
First-Generation & Honors

Manuvel Sibichan

As a part of OU's Class of 2025, Honors and first-generation college student Manuvel Sibichan will be graduating with degrees in finance, accounting, behavioral economics, and psychology. With multiple majors, Manuvel took full advantage of the academic opportunities at the University of Oklahoma to honor the sacrifices his family made. After graduation, Manuvel plans to prepare for his next steps in education, take care of his parents, and begin his career at AT&T in Dallas, Texas.

Kaylee Wimberley

When first-generation college student Kaylee Wimberley began her college search journey, she worried that her application would become just another name added to a mile-high stack in an admissions office. But, as she explored her options with the University of Oklahoma, she realized that becoming part of the OU Family was a much different experience that would lead her to studying abroad, creating a community of lifelong friends, and pursuing a Doctorate of Audiology.

OU School of Aviation & Out-of-State Student

Curtis Harris

Curtis Harris, one of the newest graduates in OU's Air Traffic Management program, chose the University of Oklahoma because OU's School of Aviation was named No. 1 as the top aviation school in the nation. But as Curtis continued through his degree, he discovered it wasn't the only reason why he chose the OU Family. Now, he begins his next chapter with the Federal Aviation Administration as an Air Traffic Controller.

Malcolm Williams

Graduating with a degree in biomedical engineering, Malcolm Williams spent his time at the University of Oklahoma building a foundation to achieve his life goal of creating affordable medical devices. Malcolm will continue his education at Rice University to pursue a Master's in Global Medical Innovation.

Chloe Smith

As a Women and Gender Studies major, Chloe Smith will leave the University of Oklahoma to join Teach For America in New Jersey to teach elementary school. Throughout her time at OU, Chloe learned the importance of what it means to be brave and why every single tiny step in the right direction matters.

Elena Price

Elena Price, a first-generation senior from Lawton, Oklahoma, is studying neuropsychology on the pre-medicine track with a minor in military science. As a cadet in the OU Army ROTC program, she will commission as a Second Lieutenant for the Oklahoma Army National Guard, where she will serve as a Medical Services Officer.
