Opportunities for Employers

Through JHLP, engineering and science students learn leadership and professional skills that set them apart from their peers. Our students lead teams, advocate for change, tackle wicked problems, and create innovative solutions for modern problems. Employers can connect with Holmes Leadership Associates and other student leaders through professional development events, site visits, mentorship, or program sponsorship. Email jhlp@ou.edu to learn more about these and other opportunities.

Leadership Workshops

JHLP offers workshops throughout the school year. Open to all engineering and science students, these events help attendees students learn and use leadership and teamwork skills right away. Topics can address any of the program's 26 leadership capabilities. Your company can present a workshop of your own design, or you can sponsor an existing workshop.

Site Visits
