Jenn earned her Master's degree in Education from the OU Jeannine Rainbolt College of Education. She has two children; one is an OU student, and one is at Norman North. She is a veteran of the USAF. Her responsibilities include being the assistant to the director of ISE and the office manager. She works with all ISE faculty and staff and the dean’s office.  She also does the financials for the department including travel, and space.

Melodi earned a Master's in Social Work from the University of Arkansas. She has two children, both OU students. Her responsibilities include student services, processing graduate applications, and working in ISE programs as administrative support regarding enrollment and curriculum changes.  She serves as liaison to multiple committees and works with outreach and recruitment.
