COBRE Collaborations

COBRE medical imaging has established collaboration with other core facilities on the OU campus and beyond in order to receive better support for research projects and activities and to conduct translational cancer research more efficiently using medical imaging and informatics technology and equipment.


Current Research Collaboration

Department of Biostatistics and Epidemiology, OUHSC

COBRE Cancer Imaging collaborate with Dr. Michael Machiorlatti, Biostatistician and Assistant Professor in both the Hudson College of Public Health and the Dodge College of Arts and Sciences (CAS), OUHSC. Dr. Machiorlatti current research interest includes longitudinal imputation procedures, data analysis in cancer studies focusing on hematological conditions.

Samuel Roberts Noble Microscopy Laboratory (SRNML) is a core imaging facility of University of Oklahoma, which offers access to instrumentation, training, and service using the advanced light microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM).
