Kenneth Applegate

Kenneth (Ken) Applegate has been in the oil industry for over 25 years. His experience includes over 20 years with Fina Oil & Chemical Company/TOTAL in a variety of technical, planning and commercial roles in the petrochemical and downstream refining & marketing areas. Mr. Applegate joined Valero Energy in 2000 heading the U.S. gasoline trading operation and is currently Vice-President of Wholesale Marketing managing the team responsible for U.S. rack marketing activity.

Mr. Applegate graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1979 with a BS degree in Chemical Engineering and attended Wharton's Executive Development program. Ken and his wife have two children and reside in San Antonio, Texas.
