Saving Bookmarks as a File

Internet Navigator... A Simplified Guide to Netscape GOLD

Netscape will allow you to make a copy of your Bookmarks..., as a backup, or to share with other people.

To make a "copy" of your Bookmarks...,

From the Netscape Browser Toolbar...,

choose Bookmarks, then Go to Bookmarks...

From the Netscape Browser Bookmarks Toolbar..., "Click-on" File...,

then choose Save As...,

The Netscape Save bookmarks file Dialog Box will appear...,

Choose the Filename (and the Folder) you want the Bookmarks Saved To.

"click-on" Save

If the File exists, Netscape will ask if you want to..., Replace existing file?

Save Bookmarks File Yes/No Box

"click-on" Yes

It is good to have a "backup copy" of your Bookmarks
