A Simplified Guide to Netscape GOLD
Copying a Link
Netscape makes it very easy to Drag
and Drop Links from one Browers Page to another
Editor Page.
Organize your Browser Window and
Editor Window to make "Drag and Drop"
possible.
- Highlight the
Link you want in your Editor Window!
- Hold Down the Right
Mouse Button and Drag the Link
to the Editor Page.
- Position the Curser
"inside" the Editor Window..., and
- Release the Right Mouse Button
to Drop the Link into
the Editor Window.
If you highlight a Link and
"click" your Right Mouse Button...,
You can Copy Link Location (to the Windows Clipboard)
When you "paste" the (previously copied)
Link to your Editor Window...,

This is the format in which Netscape will "Paste"
the Link (above)
If you "Drag and Drop"the
Link (as shown above) the Display Text will
be the "same as shown".
