When the holes are drilled we layout all the pieces beside each of the holes.  One cast primer, one blasting cap, and several (5 inch by 30 lb.) bags of explosives.
We drop one bag to the bottom of the hole, then the cap and cast primer.  Another bag is dropped in, then another, until the column of explosives is about 6 feet from the top of the hole.
