I am Hono Noda from Saitama, Japan.
I am now working at Anne & Henry Zarrow School of Social Work as a Japan Outreach Initiative (JOI) Coordinator. I am here to introduce Japanese culture and make a grass root connection between Japan and the United States.
It is very exciting to start a new chapter of my life in Norman, looking forward to meeting everyone. Nice to meet you!
The Japan Outreach Initiative (J.O.I.) is a joint program of the Global Partnerships Department of the Japan Foundation in Japan and the Laurasian Institution, USA that brings volunteer Japanese coordinators to regions of the United States where Japanese culture has been less accessible.
