Morgan Biaggi-Frische is the Operations Manager for the Anne and Henry Zarrow School of Social Work. In this role, Morgan serves as a grant project manager, and she is accountable for overseeing the school's finances and staff operations. Since joining the University of Oklahoma in 2019, Morgan has held managerial responsibility for departmental budgets, payroll, employee recruitment, and employee evaluations. Additionally, she is a consistent advocate for university staff within the school.
In 2024, Morgan was recognized with the OU-Tulsa Staff Senate Merit Award and the Dodge Family College of Arts and Sciences Staff Impact Award for her outstanding contributions to the university. Morgan holds a B.S. in Biology from Northwestern Oklahoma State University, and she is a trained project manager. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two sons, often playing outdoors or baking together.
