Dr. Yong Ju Jung shared two of her research projects at the 2026 AERA (American Educational Research Association) Annual Meeting, from April 8-12, in Los Angeles, CA.
Her first presentation was to share preliminary findings from her project with Dr. Jiqun Liu (SLIS) about supporting children's AI literacy through maker-based learning programs in public libraries. The other presentation was from her project with Dr. Ellen Rubenstein (SLIS) and Dr. Hyewon Park (UC Davis) on older adults' life transitions, lifelong learning, and making in a public library.
