The Information Science Technology (IST) Hub is an undergraduate student organization devoted to creating opportunities for LIS students to learn about, engage with, and contribute to the field of LIS, with a focus on Information Science and Technology topics. Members of the IST Hub can expect an organization committed to being a collaborative environment where we demonstrate and grow practical, applied skills, through direct engagement in the Information Science Community. The IST Hub plans to host events ranging from professor meet and greets, to IST topic workshops, and collaborative student project/study nights. The IST Hub will be open for students starting in the Spring of 2024.
