Bio

Hi! I am a postdoctoral researcher in the OU Cosmic Ecosystems Group of Prof. Nikole Nielsen.

My research centers on understanding the circumgalactic medium (CGM)—the vast reservoir of gas that surrounds galaxies and serves as the interface between galaxies and the intergalactic medium. I specialize in developing and applying forward modeling computational techniques to study the multiphase, complex structure of CGM gas using observational data from space- and ground-based telescopes.

My work combines modeling, observational astronomy, and computational techniques to advance our understanding of how galaxies acquire, process, and expel the gas that fuels star formation and drives galactic evolution across most of cosmic history.
